Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your PromptShielder subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@promptshielder.com with your order number and we will pass the request to Paddle.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. On cancellation you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to billing and handles refunds and chargebacks in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.
